Noara shows public prediction-market observations and offers a separate private configuration workspace. Public Live access stays free. Software purchases are currently closed.

Current service

Use the original Live workspace to inspect public market trades, markets, venues and liquidity. These observations describe markets, not investment advice or outcome predictions. Source coverage and freshness are visible in the workspace; missing data must not be read as zero risk.

Noara Hosted

View the proposed $49/month subscription: one owner workspace, 100 policy files, 1,000 retained versions, two active API credentials and 10,000 authenticated configuration API requests per UTC month. Pay for durable private configuration storage, version history, account-bound access and audit export. Public observations are separate and remain free.

Workspace workflow

  1. Sign in with Google at Account.
  2. When purchasing is available, review the recurring price and terms, then complete Stripe checkout.
  3. Payment confirmation enables policy editing and scoped API credentials for that account.
  4. Save a JSON policy, open a retained version, or export the workspace including audit history.
  5. Use Manage subscription for invoices, payment method updates and cancellation.

No Telegram account, bot subscription or wallet funding is needed. Do not upload secrets; policy files do not execute trades.

Configuration REST API

The included authenticated API reads your stored configuration records, not institutional risk calculations. Generate a scoped credential in Account and send it in an Authorization bearer header. Never put a credential in a URL.

The 10,000 request allowance resets each UTC calendar month. Excess requests are rejected; no automatic overage charges. Account controls can revoke credentials.

Versions and export

Changes create retained versions and audit entries. Capacity limits reject additional writes instead of deleting old records. After cancellation or failed renewal, writes and authenticated hosted API access stop; signed-in reading and export of retained records remain available while the account is open.

Availability and boundaries

Telegram alerts and the historical Free Alerts offering are discontinued on this site. Guardian, deposits, withdrawals, managed wallets, trade execution and POP are unavailable. Institutional analytics, MCP and automated risk-event delivery are outside this subscription. Existing historical contracts and free-access commitments are not rewritten by this page. No old customer data or subscriptions have been automatically migrated or rebilled.

Research boundary

Noara deals with prediction-market information and risk configurations. A software fee buys storage and software access, not market stakes, investment returns or capital management. External market risk, restrictions and source outages remain. The service makes no profit or alert-delivery guarantee.

Price, cancellation and refunds

The proposed price is $49 USD per month, renewing monthly when opened. Applicable taxes and the complete recurring total appear before confirmation. Cancel from Account at the paid period's end. A full refund may be requested within seven days of the first payment; duplicate charges and non-delivery are covered. Read the complete proposed terms.
